Neo Limassol for Pafilia
Neo is a residential development in Limassol, Cyprus. Four skyscrapers, interconnected by a three storey high podium was conceived by property developers Pafilia and architects Woods Bagot.
Construct created the brand identity for the development taking inspiration from the composition of the four towers, as well as colours, textures, history and culture of the Mediterranean island. The brand palette is supported by emotive lifestyle photography shot in and around Limassol by photographer Rich Stapleton and art directed by Construct. Lifestyle photography is then partnered with product focused CGIs and applied to marketing collateral, both digital and print to assist the developers sell the off-plan apartments.
