The team in at The Bertinet Kitchen!

The team at Construct headed out to Bath for their Christmas Party on Thursday last week. After an early morning train, we had an amazing session with chef Richard Bertinet, at The Bertinet Kitchen, where we learnt how to make amazing bread (in many forms) and french apple tarts! Some rose to the challenge, while others kneaded some extra help!

After our bread overdose, we headed to Georgia's house for nibbles, prosecco, amazing masks and some generous gift giving!
