Friday last saw the inaugural speakers dinner hosted by Construct. We wanted to say thank you to designers, thinkers, artists and writers who made TYPO London a truly unique event, the first of many.

It was magic night of feasting with food prepared by the legendary St John team, in a beautiful Georgian house on Dean St in Soho.

Artist in residence Paul Davis had the tables turned, when he became the drawn not the drawer. Joy. x

As part of Construct’s belief that London is the creative capital of the world, and that design is at the heart of that reputation and identity, we are really proud to support TYPO London.

We have sponsored 100 tickets for design students to attend, and know they will be inspired by a group of passionate speakers from around the globe. Our agenda is to recognise and support design initiatives which are excellent, inclusive and sustainable, and will promote British design, leveraging it's value and cementing it's place in our national identity.

And to say thank you to all the speakers for their generous contributions, we are treating them to a candle lit feast prepared by the very British St John team, at a beautiful Georgian house in Soho. x
